Join us as we take a deeper dive into the topic and current research of CHRONIC PAIN NEUROSCIENCE EDUCATION.

There is so much to know about how we learn and process pain, especially how it changes over time and with each experience. Our brains and bodies are INCREDIBLE, even if you’ve just had a certain birthday. There is much to learn and much to do!

Even if you do not have chronic pain, there is much to learn about those around us who may be dealing with this. We will watch videos, learn some important pathways, and always encourage movement along the way.
